How escrow works
Traedol keeps your money safe until you have your item.
1. Watch the video and place your order
Every item on Traedol has a real video from the seller's shop. Watch it, then click Buy with escrow.
2. Pay into the Traedol escrow account
You pay Traedol, not the seller. Upload your transfer receipt and we confirm your payment.
3. The seller sends your item
Once your payment is confirmed, the seller is told to deliver. Your money stays with Traedol while you wait.
4. Confirm you received it
When the item arrives and it matches the video, confirm receipt. Only then do we pay the seller. If something is wrong, open a dispute and our team will step in. If you get nothing, you get your money back.
Fees
Buyers pay no escrow fee. Sellers pay a 5% commission on each completed sale, taken from the payout. If the seller marks an order delivered and the buyer does not respond within 3 days, the order completes automatically.
